^(B)Give ear, O Lord, to the ^(C)voice of my supplications.
⁷ “O ^[a]God the Lord, ^(D)the strength of my salvation,
You have ^(E)covered my head in the day of ^[b]battle.
⁸ “Do not grant, O Lord, the ^(F)desires of the wicked;
Do not promote ^(G)his evil device, that they not be exalted. Selah.
